Operator and scope
The personal data operator is UNION DIGITAL LLC (ООО «Юнион Диджитал»), INN 9714092405, OGRN 1267700182474. Registered address: Apartment 49, 12 Planetnaya Street, Aeroport Municipal District, Moscow, 125167, Russian Federation. For personal data enquiries: info@union-digital.ru.
This policy applies to union-digital.ru and enquiries sent to the email address published on the website. Separate documents apply to Bartly and are available on its website. Processing is governed by Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.
Visiting the website
The website has no registration, contact forms, advertising pixels or analytics counters. It does not set cookies or store information about visitors in browser local storage. Fonts, images and scripts are loaded from the website's own domain.
To deliver a page, the server technically receives a network address and HTTP request parameters. Website access logging is disabled: these requests are not stored in an access log or used for profiling or advertising. Technical processing when establishing a connection is necessary to operate the website and protect its infrastructure.
The “Copy email” button writes only the company's email address to the clipboard when clicked; it does not read clipboard contents. Email links open the user's chosen email application. No email is sent automatically.
Email enquiries
Processing purposes: responding to an enquiry, discussing a project, preparing and entering into a contract at the initiative of the person making the enquiry, and business communication with customer representatives.
Data subjects include people who send enquiries, prospective customers and their representatives. We process their name, email address, any contact phone number, job title and organisation provided in the message, and project information needed to respond. Please do not send passport details, health information, payment card details or other excessive personal data.
The legal basis depends on the enquiry: preparing a contract at the data subject's initiative or performing a contract, the operator's legitimate interests in business correspondence while respecting the data subject's rights, or separate consent where required by law. Merely visiting the website does not constitute consent to data processing. Sending an email does not constitute consent to advertising mailings.
Processing operations include receipt, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use for responding and preparing a contract, restriction of processing and deletion. Correspondence is processed using automated means and, where necessary, without them.
Storage, disclosure and deletion
Enquiry data is kept while the enquiry and project are being discussed. Once the purpose has been achieved or negotiations have ended, the information must be deleted within the period prescribed by law unless a contract or the law provides another basis for retention. For data required under an agreed contract, retention periods depend on the parties' obligations and legal requirements applicable to the relevant documents. Excessive information must not be retained.
Access is provided to people who need it to respond and work on the project. Infrastructure and corporate email providers may process data only to the extent necessary to provide their services and on a lawful basis. Disclosure to public authorities is possible in response to a lawful request. Data is not intended for sale, public distribution or advertising profiling.
When organising the collection and storage of Russian citizens' personal data, the operator must comply with requirements to use databases located in the Russian Federation. Cross-border transfer is not a purpose of this website; any such transfer requires a separate assessment of its legal basis and fulfilment of the operator's applicable obligations.
Data protection
Website pages are transmitted over HTTPS. Access to server settings is restricted. The website restricts loading third-party content and has no public content management system or visitor profile database. Access to correspondence must be limited to authorised persons; organisational measures and enquiry handling must comply with applicable law.
Your rights and enquiries
You may request information about the processing of your data, request correction, blocking or destruction where legal grounds exist, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Contact info@union-digital.ru or write to the operator's registered address. To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity and connection to the relevant correspondence.
The operator responds within the time limits established by law. You may challenge the operator's actions before Roskomnadzor or a court. The current policy is available on this page; material changes in processing methods are reflected in a new version.
